These rugs are not machine washable. To care for them, simply shake out the rug in the sun to remove dirt and odors. Avoid pulling loose fibers, instead use scissors to clip and remove any loose ends. For spills, blot gently and use a soft bristle brush for stains. When vacuuming, do not use a beater bar.

When your rug arrives, it will be shipped folded in a sturdy box. Some creasing may occur, but this is normal and the creases will disappear within a few weeks. We recommend cross rolling the rug against the creases to help flatten them out.
