The backing material is rubber and the rugs are not machine washable. To care for your rug, shake it out in the sun to remove dirt and odors. Avoid pulling loose fibers and instead trim them with scissors. Use a soft bristle brush for stains and blot spills immediately. When vacuuming, do not use a beater bar.

Rugs are shipped folded in a sturdy box, which may cause some creasing. This is normal and the creases will disappear within a few weeks. For best results, we recommend cross rolling the rug against the creases to help smooth them out.
